I Will Go Down With This 'Ship: Couple(s) of the Week

*This is a slightly modified version of 'couple of the week' because I have to sort out my feelings.

I recently caught up with Scandal (and just in time! Crazy stuff is happening!) and something's happening with me that NEVER happens. I'm shipping two guys with the same girl. Of course you know who I'm talking about: Fitz and Olivia and Jake and Olivia. I mean, I think I like Fitz and Olivia more, but Jake is just such a good guy (or is he?) and he's really dreamy. Whenever either couple is together I'm rooting for them. I'm just so confused.

So let's compare Olivia's two suitors: SPOILER ALERT

   Both are Navy men; both have murdered people "in service of the Republic"; both want to kill Olivia's dad (but who doesn't, really).
 

THIS LIST DIDN'T REALLY HELP ME...it seems to favor Jake but that may be because I personally would prefer to date him...

ABC really pushes this love triangle and Shonda Rhimes give all three of these characters flaws and strengths that make you hate them and love them at the same time.

This also makes me never want to join the Scandal fandom because shipper wars are extremely exhausting.
