Brooklyn Nine-Nine 1x19 "Tactical Village"

Remember to keep group cheers to 3 words or less.
Andy Samberg, Sexiest Man Alive? That's what I was thinking during last night's new episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, espeically when he broke the Tactical Village course record by tricking the last two perps and killing them "upsie-downsies" (thanks Scully!). How could he not win coolest kill for that?
While the team attended the mandatory Tactical Village training, we had two inter-precinct relationship subplots: Amy and Jake and Rosa and Boyle.
Amy and Jake: It's pretty obvious now that Jake has feelings for Amy. He spent the whole episode either trying to impress her with his sexy British accent or with his weapon skills, but she was more interested in Teddy, a detective from another Precinct that she used to date. I couldn't help but feel sad for poor Jake at the end of the episode when he almost asked out Amy, before finding out that she was going out with Teddy again. We knew from the beginning that these two would be the central (romantic) relationship of the series, but I appreciate the fact that they're developing it slowly enough that we can still focus on the rest of the characters as well.
Rosa and Boyle: Rosa didn't get an STD from Boyle. How dare he give one to everyone but her! I should clarify that STD stands for save the date...Anyway, Rosa was pissed at Boyle because she thought they were finally friends, so she spent the whole episode taking out her aggression on him with paint guns and sonic cannons (Why is this happening?! I can taste my thoughts!). We learn during the course that Vivian thought it would be awkward for Rosa to come to their wedding because just a few weeks ago Boyle had an all consuming love for her. But obviously he's past that and they're friends, so Boyle ended up giving her an STD (I'm sorry I'm not over this joke). Rosa ends the episode speaking to Vivian, which is where we realize that Boyle is the one who didn't want invite Rosa. All consuming love doesn't just disappear overnight!

Does this man look cwazy to you? (see what I did there?)
Back at the office we had another plot that adds humanity to Captain Holt's character: He's obsessed with Cwazy Cupcakes. When he catches Gina playing Cwazy Cupcakes (like Candy Crush, it seems?), he insults her addiction to silly games and then becomes obsessed himself. Gina finds out and while she feels his pain (I play so much that when I close my eyes at night I just see cupcakes now instead of my normal dizzying array of flashing lights!), she knows he's gone too far down the rabbit hole and has to get him to stop. That's where Hitchcock comes in! It turns out he's in Sprinkle City too! That's enough to knock the Cwazy out of the Captain. It reminds me of the time I found out my middle school history teacher really liked Smallville too, so I stopped watching for a few weeks.

If you haven't seen this show you are missing out. It's definitely one of the best comedies on right now and you could probably start here and not be lost.
